Community Input Sessions (Round 2)
Online Feedback (Community Input Sessions)
If you did not have a chance to join us at one of the community input sessions, you can still participate! Below are PDF copies of the presented future land use map, focus areas, and plan framework. Click on each to view in more detail.
A question that was raised during the community input sessions concerned what “neighborhood mixed use” meant. The link below will take you to a graphic/explanation to assist in analyzing the maps above.
As reference material, the project team has provided some additional mapping which includes the current land use map, existing zoning map, and the current active transportation map for the City of Oberlin.

Online Public Feedback (Round 1)
The City of Oberlin has initiated a process to update its comprehensive plan. We want to hear from you!
If you did not have a chance to join us at our public meeting in February, you can still participate. Your feedback and perspective are crucial to helping the planning process. Below are two ways to provide your input.
Part I - The form asks key questions of the community related to housing, land uses, mobility, and general information about Oberlin.
Part II - An interactive map will provide you a chance to identify specific areas in Oberlin the steering committee and project team should focus on. You will be able to place dots for growth, enhancements, preservation, and destinations. Growth indicates areas where you would like to see new development. Enhancements indicates areas where infill or redevelopment should occur. Preservation indicates areas which should remain largely the same. Destinations will indicate where you like to go to in Oberlin. For each dot, you can also write a comment.
